Terms of Service

Lyons Intel provides a fashion intelligence and production platform accessible via subscription. We may update or improve the platform at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others outside your organisation. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

We may update pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform, including styles, patterns and brand information. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content to provide the service. We do not claim any ownership over your designs or commercial information.

You may not use the platform to:

• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload content that is illegal or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform.

The platform, its code, design and compiled knowledge base are owned by Lyons Intelligence. The fashion knowledge encoded in the platform represents original editorial work and is protected accordingly. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute platform content outside of its intended use.

The platform is provided as a professional tool to assist your decision-making. Commercial decisions made using platform intelligence remain your responsibility. Pattern output should be verified by a qualified professional before large-scale production. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. On termination, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
