Privacy Policy

Lyons Intel is committed to handling your information with care. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the controls you have. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
1. What we collect
Information you provide
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address and company name. When you use the platform, we store your styles, patterns, tech packs and other work you create. When you subscribe to paid plans, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
Information collected automatically
We collect standard usage data including pages visited, features used and session duration. This helps us improve the platform. We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences.
2. How we use it
- To provide the platform and its features.
- To send you account and billing communications.
- To send the weekly intelligence report if you have subscribed.
- To improve the platform based on usage patterns.
We do not use your brand data to train our systems or share it with other brands. Your styles, patterns and commercial information remain entirely private to you.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers in the European Union and United States. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to systems that need it to provide the service.
4. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export your data in a standard format.
- Withdraw consent for optional communications.

5. Data retention
We retain your account data while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate or export. After 90 days, personal data is deleted. Anonymised usage data may be retained for platform improvement purposes.
7. Third parties
We use the following services:
- Supabase: database and authentication
- Stripe: payment processing
- Vercel: hosting and delivery
- Resend: transactional email
Each operates under their own privacy policy. We do not share your data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
